After purchasing your M57 Standard Licence from the DFlasher shop, you will receive a licence key via email. Open the DFlasher app, go to Settings, tap "Activate Licence," and enter your key. The app will verify the key and unlock all features immediately.
DFlasher licences are tied to a single ECU. If you sell your vehicle or swap ECUs, please contact support@dflasher.com and we will assist you with a licence transfer on a case-by-case basis.
First, ensure the adapter is firmly plugged into your OBD-II port and the LED is lit. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and you are within a few feet of the adapter. Close and reopen the DFlasher app, then try connecting again. If the issue persists, try restarting your phone and the vehicle's ignition. Contact support@dflasher.com if the problem continues.
The DFlasher OBD-II Adapter can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, original condition. Software licences are non-refundable once activated, as they are tied to a specific ECU. For any return inquiries, please contact support@dflasher.com with your order number.
